Author Biography
The author's family was always involved in maritime affairs and he himself shipped out on T2 tankers to Wake Island, Hawaii, and British Columbia. After completing Stanford Medical School in 1957 his training and practice involved him in many aspects of psychiatry and neurology. He has always had an interest in "things that go wrong" as a result of flawed thinking and self-deception.
