Justine Bauer is an Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a graduate chef of the Natural Gourmet Institute. Justine has been interested in health and nutrition for some time as a result of personal health challenges and a love of food. The belief that life and wellness are ever evolving and personal has led to an exciting and eclectic journey through many food-style and lifestyle experiments. Justine has worked in the field of children's mental health for the past sixteen years and was fortunate that facilitating trainings and presentations for parents and professionals could be included as part of the job. She recently joined a wonderful group of women participating in a Sweet Adelines International barbershop chorus "Song of the Valley."
