This book is the story of the plight of an elderly person from Cottbus, Germany, who was looking for a capable Au Pair to serve and care for him. This book gives a glimpse deep into the heart of a German named Schmidt who wants Au Pair to join him because of his urgent needs. And an Indian au pair with big beautiful eyes and a very pretty girl of 25 years old, light brown color with brilliant captivating smiling gestures. She looked more like a German girl than an Indian as I used to teach her as a nanny teacher. I hope this writing will help host family and au pair or nanny as it is a hectic process to adjust to each other while keeping track of so many complicated issues that need to be addressed. Video interview, WhatsApp, Skype chats, google meet, exchanging photos, exchanging emails, exchanging mails in au pair sites, direct phone call and exchanging documents from both sides to understand that both are suitable for each other.
Both sides turn out to be the best like Birds of same feathers flocks together, fixing the salary, offering better facilities, comfortable accommodation for the au pair, better understanding of each other, etc. As the host family has tremendous trust in the nanny to serve and care in the immediate diverse home environment. In other ways it is like an amazing short term wedding between two people, between host family and au pair. This agreement is like bonding obligations from both sides as many host families want an au pair like their family members who have a very deep meaning to be a privileged family member. It is a unique union between two totally different, diverse souls and different nations.
