Patrick Kerwin is principal of Kerwin & Associates in San Diego, California, specializing in the development of individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations. A Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(R) Master Practitioner, Patrick has over 20 years experience working with corporate, education, and non-profit organizations to put the MBTI(R) instrument into practice for team-building, communication enhancement, change management, stress management, and individual development. He has worked with organizations including Microsoft, Google, Amgen, Heinz, Suncor Energy, Conoco-Phillips, the U.S. Navy, the Air Force Space Command, Monarch Healthcare, the UCSF Center for the Health Professions, Chelan Public Utility District, University of Notre Dame, Purdue University, and Thunderbird School of Global Management. Patrick is also one of a small cadre of faculty who conducts the intensive, four-day MBTI Certification Program in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, Patrick develops and delivers customized training programs and workshops, including Your MBTI(R) Leadership Type leadership development training modules for Suncor Energy, the MBTI-based Personality Insights training program for Microsoft, and the MBTI(R) Optimizing Team Performance team-building program. He is also the author of the fourth-edition Kerwin Values Survey(R) online career values assessment. Patrick is founder and Past-President of SANDAPT, the San Diego chapter of the Association for Psychological Type International. Patrick holds his MBA and Career Counseling Specialist Graduate Certificate from California State University, Long Beach, and is a National Certified Counselor.
