The Tales of Trumplethinskin is a trilogy of satirical, children's style books based around a humorous, illustrated storybook concept. The titles are:

- Trumplethinskin and the Gigantic Peach.
In Trumplethinskin and the Wizard Bonespurs, follow Trumplethinskin as he discovers the likelihood he will be sent to a nasty place called Vet Nam, and devises ways to avoid going. He visits the Wizard Bonespurs-who can make-believe anything and gives him a scroll to show to Daffy Draft. The scroll is blank and, initially, Trumplethinskin is angry, but not for long, because he has learned that when he really wants something-like a throne room-lies are better than the truth.
