Author Biography
Author Kathleen Brotherton, better known as "Ms. Kat," delights young music lovers in Austin, Texas with her songs, stories, and musical games, both in the preschool classroom and on the stage. Ms. Kat is active in the Austin music scene, not only in the children's concert circuit, but also with her jazz, blues, funk, and rock bands for "grown-ups," hosting the annual Texas Community Music Festival, and performing with the Austin Civic Wind Ensemble. Turducken is the first in a series of Ms. Kat's original holiday songs to be illustrated and published as children's sing-along storybooks.
