Soulja Choc was born and raised by his grandmother and mother in the streets of Watts, California. Gang banging, selling drugs, and messing with women was his perogative as a teenager, but at the age of 21, he became incarcerated, and still is currently. Though he has been through the struggle, his down time allowed him to find a legal hobby, thus giving life to his first novel, The Birth of Gutta Squad. Through personal experience and life trials, he has gone on to write several other books including, Street Souja 1 and 2, Ken: Finding The Missing Link, and several other short stories.
