This book best describes my yoga journey, that initially was filled with curiosity, then through years of Asana practices and finally uncovering the key tools towards self discovery, through the Theory found in the Ancient Indian Texts. My passion, dedication and discipline in yoga saw me certify myself under various levels and finally as a yoga teacher under The Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, Yoga Certification Board . The time when Covid put a full stop globally, here I was keeping myself busy, and experimenting on myself the various aspects of yoga, that i found were far more profound and turned me inward. Also made me thankful and grateful to our Creator and the entire Universe surrounding us. Today, I stand with a Grateful heart in sharing, a few of my insights and hope it helps you too, in rediscovering your true self.
